Later correspondence, assessment notes and quotations may form part of your project record. Please only share material relevant to the work. Avoid identity documents, payment-card details and unnecessary images of people or personal possessions.

Website and security information

Our hosting services may process your IP address, browser information, requested pages and access times in technical logs. The enquiry form uses a short-lived identifier derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions, together with request identifiers to prevent duplicate enquiries. These measures help protect the website and keep records accurate.

Why we use your information

Necessary project details may be shared with an appropriate tradesperson or supplier when arranging an assessment, quotation or agreed work. We do not sell enquiry information.
